Time For Change - Time For For No Excuses and Get to Work (edit/delete)

I am glad the election is over. Change can be a good thing if we embrace it. It is time for no more excuses, it is time to tell the truth to our clients explain the market and realize we can not control it, Accountability and conversion are keys to success not just looking the part. It is time for Realtors to be viewed as a valuable resource and not a overpaid part time hobbyist.

I come from England where they are well down the road for what we are about to embark on. This can work if we work. It will fail if we cast blame and look for excuses. The UK is serving eastern Europeans who are exploiting the system, please let’s not exploit America. We must unite as a people and as a profession and move forward.

Real Estate can be the saving grace and the downfall of our nation and it will be felt worldwide good or bad. Now more than ever I am proud to be a Realtor and to help my clients through this. It is hard, and telling the truth is not always easy when facing the backlash from the homeowner or bank everyday. It is our duty to educate, price and present right. It is not time foe the weak or hobbyist. No more Excuses. God Bless America. We will lead if we choose.
